I gave my Mac a burglar alarm

Today I open-sourced crookcooked. It is an anti-theft system for your Mac.

I created crookcooked because I felt anxious leaving my macbook in public places, when for example going to the toilet. I often work on my mac at cafés, libraries, and other places. After hacking for hours, a break is inevitable. That's when crookcooked is useful.

If someone tries to steal my precious macbook while I'm away, it will:

• Scream
• Record the thief and send me the video
• Notify my phone and show me a live view
• Optional: detect if someone is peeking at the computer, potentially being a thief, and show them a mugshot of themselves!

I built this a while back, but found myself using it quite often, so I thought it might be of use to other people as well.
